Experience in hospitality, reservations and customer service is preferred. Agents will work to assist clients and customers with hotel reservations bookings, answering questions, quote, changing bookings, as well as dealing with cancellations.   Job details may also include working with hotels via phone, email and fax to confirm reservations and assisting hotels with any issues they may have.
