On behalf of our client, an expanding hotel chain, we are looking for

a salesdriven Head of Business Development (m/f/d).



Your tasks

  • Build and manage a successful sales team.
  • Exceeding sales KPIs and lead team through efficient performance management systems like review meetings, performance monitoring and discussions. 
  • Be a strategic partner to the Country Manager and Head of Europe.
  • Initiate business development.
  • Lead and support negotiation and closing of large complex hotel deals.
  • Analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Monitor, analyze and forecast supply targets and track their progress. 
  • Identify new forms of Real Estate.
  • Develop strong relationships with hotels and mentor the team towards right relationship management with their respective partner properties. 
  • Create revenue growth with the objective of profit maximization.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B business.
  • 2+ years sales management experience.
  • Proven people manager and team builder.
  • Strong presentation communciation skills (phone and face2face).
  • Fluent in German and English.
