Carmina Shoemaker is looking for a new asset in our E-commerce team willing to offer exquisite service to our clients. The main functions of the candidate will be: -Management of new clients and orders -Product consultancy via email, telephone and chat -Control and monitoring of orders and promotions -Returns, exchanges, transport issues and other admin chores in relation to customer orders -Creation of optimisations based on a prior analysis or recurring issues -Marketing department support with descriptions, translations.. We are looking for someone with: -Excellent communication and written skills -English native level, German would be would be a plus -Analysis ability and initiative -Very good domain of IT tools -Knowledge of e-commerce
